It is with great sadness that we share the news that our lovely Husband, Father, Son and Brother tragically died on the 11th of April after suffering from a massive brain hemorrhage.

Jon’s funeral service is due to take place at 11am on 01.05.2018 at Otley Parish Church, 56-58 Kirkgate, Otley LS21 3DR. Jon’s family would like to invite all guests attending to join them in sharing memories of Jon at Otley Rugby Club, Cross Green, Otley LS21 1HE, immediately following the service for refreshments. Any guests who are driving to Otley for the service, please could you park at the rugby club and walk across to the church as there is very limited parking available around the church grounds.
Family flowers only please, but donations would be much appreciated to both the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Great Britain, and the Donor Family Network in memory of Jon.
