Seymour, Amy died on Monday the 20th of August 2018, aged 46.
Her memorial service will be held at Rawdon crematorium on Friday the 7th of September at 12.20pm, followed by refreshments at Baildon Golf Club, Moorgate, Baildon, Shipley BD17 5PP.
Family Flowers only please, but any online donations to Martin House Hospice (https://www.martinhouse.org.uk) would be welcomed, as well as any cash donations on the day of the service itself to Shipley Glen Tramway, would also be appreciated.
Formal attire preferred, but please come dressed however you feel comfortable.
