We are delighted to announce that Lucy has been appointed as a trustee of Voluntary & Community in Calderdale.

VAC supports the voluntary and community sector of Calderdale and surrounding areas, and they provide invaluable support to Calderdale’s vibrant and highly active third sector. Lucy brings her experience of supporting numerous projects and organisations across West Yorkshire and will use this to make the best possible contribution at VAC.

She has started her induction and is already thoroughly enjoying her new chapter. Although we are funeral directors first and foremost, we are also highly committed to having a positive impact on the communities where we live and work. This is embedded in our values and fundamental to us having achieved our B Corp certification.
