Central Support Team
Our Full Circle Funeral central support team is based at our funeral directors’ service in Guiseley. Sarah, Jade and Claire provide support to the funeral directors in Guiseley, Leeds and Harrogate.
Among other things, they are responsible for quality assurance, coordinating training and work experience and leading on research, in collaboration with academics and others with an interest in evidence-based funeral care.
The support services team work hard to try to get feedback from everyone who uses our services, so that we can continue to improve our understanding of what matters to people most and find ways to improve the way we support people.

Sarah
Sarah previously worked as a doctor and then with adults with learning difficulties. She has a husband and two children and enjoys exploring on foot and bicycle. She believes ardently that we would all benefit from speaking about death and dying more openly and that good funeral care can have a meaningful impact on long-term health and wellbeing.
Jade
Jade has previously worked within administrative and finance positions and has similar responsibilities at Full Circle. She has a partner and one child and enjoys long dog walks and nights in. Jade believes that everyone should have the right funeral for them, whatever that may be.
Claire
Claire has previously worked in similar administrative and finance positions for large corporate businesses. She has been with her husband for over 20 years and have two children together. She enjoys spending time with my family, walking, and watching movies.
David
David previously lived and worked in America, supporting underprivileged children from the Twin Cities in Minnesota to access outdoor youth programs. He then went on to join Sarah in working with both children and adults with learning difficulties. David has a golden Labrador, called Wilson (who is also part of the team), whom he and his young family explore the surrounding countryside with.
Service Support Team
We also have a fabulous team who are based in our Full Circle Yorkshire services and ensure that people are looked after really well. Helen and Rachel make sure that each service is looking welcoming, runs smoothly and that the funeral directors have everything that they need to deliver the best possible care.
They are the backbone to the organisation and they will often be the first person that you will speak to, or meet when you come to one of the Full Circle Yorkshire services.
Helen
Helen has previous experience working in administration in forensics, but has also worked in various customer facing roles within the museums and retail sectors. She enjoys reading, studying, and spending time with her horse.
Rachel
Alongside her role within Full Circle Rachel is a practicing acupuncturist and prior to qualifying 20 years ago she worked in Investment banking in London. Rachel now lives in North Yorkshire with her two teenage boys and their dog Pip and enjoys painting and sketching and running in her spare time.
Adam
Adam recently joined Full Circle as Service Lead for Guiseley. He previously worked as a gardener and landscape designer. Adam is passionate about providing support and care for people that have died and their families.
