Malcolm Joseph Conway died on Sunday the 20th of August 2017, aged 75 years.

Sally and Aorani would like to invite you to a ceremony to remember Malcolm’s life at The Chevin Lodge, York Gate, Otley, LS21 3NU, on Monday the 4th of September.

If you would like to join in the ceremony Sally has asked that you please confirm your attendance ahead of time to the team at Full Circle.

Please arrive for 12 o’clock, as the ceremony will start promptly at 12.15pm. After the ceremony has finished, the lodge will host some refreshments.

No flowers please, but if you would like to make a donation to Kidney Research UK or a charity of your choice this would be well received.

You may wish to make a tribute to Malcolm in the ceremony, either yourself or for the celebrant to speak on your behalf. If you would like to participate in this way, please contact Full Circle before the 1st of September 2017 on 01943 262626
