We make it easy for you to create the funeral that you want
We started Full Circle Funerals in 2016 because we believe that planning a funeral is not just something that you “get through” and that, with the right support it can be a powerful and positive experience. We wanted to enable friends and family to take control by offering genuine choices, in a safe and welcoming environment.
People started travelling from further afield to use our services, so we opened more Full Circle services across Yorkshire so that we were located closer to the people who wanted our help. We now have services in Leeds, Guiseley, Harrogate. Full Circle Funerals won “Funeral Director of the year” and “Green funeral director of the year” in the 2021 National Green Funeral awards and became a certified B Corp in 2021.
In 2020. Full Circle Funerals Partners launched because we wanted to support other people to open modern funeral services across the UK. There are many people who want to be funeral directors for all the right reasons and the Full Circle Funerals Partners franchise network is a way for those brilliant individuals to open local and independent funeral services with the support of a large and supportive network – the best of both worlds! The first partners service opened in Altrincham in 2022.
I didn’t expect such understanding and care as I was given throughout the process

As modern funeral directors, everything we do helps people feel connected after bereavement
We are compassionate people first and funeral directors second. Full Circle is a female-led organisation and our backgrounds in health, social and pastoral care mean we have the experience to help people to work out what might be helpful for them while making funeral arrangements, and on the day itself.
Our priority is to ensure that we give the best possible, personalised support to every individual we meet. However, we also work hard to contribute to improving the well-being of every bereaved person. We do this by running educational programs, leading funeral research (in partnership with academics from various universities), producing a funeral arranging guidebook and raising awareness about funeral choices, continuing bonds and bereavement support.
Our purpose – what do we aim to do
Our purpose is detailed in our Theory of Change. It states our organizational purpose, and which outcomes need to be realized to achieve this purpose. It also highlights the actions that we commit to undertaking to contribute to the outcomes (and therefore purpose) being achieved.
Our values – how we will behave
Kindness
We always try to do the right thing
Integrity
We do what we say we will and only make decisions that we are comfortable sharing with the people we support
Impact
We have a positive impact on the individual we support and the communities in which we live and work
Growth
We challenge ourselves to continually learn, reflect, and put ourselves in new situations which help us learn so we are better able to deliver our purpose
Disrupt
We gently and positively disrupt perceptions of funeral directors and funeral care
